    Thanks for making these kind of materials available to the public. And it is important for us to know that the US government is making sure that the food supply/food system is safe for our consumption. Especially that mad cow’s disease is believed to affect people who will consume the infected meat. Even though that the incubation period is long for this disease, nothing beats safeguarding a healthy nation for its good future.

    Thanks for keeping the public informed. The 2008 rule also prohibits the use of entire carcass of cattle not inspected and passed for human consumption, unless the cattle are less than 30 months of age, or the brains and spinal cords have been removed.
